I don’t have time to spend on this, what is my involvement?

We understand your time is better spent on real estate and running your business, so we try to make the process as seamless and smooth as possible.

That said to meet our project launch date we would need about an two hours to answer briefing questions and then get on a kickoff call with us. Apart from that we would need about 15minutes a week responding with feedback.

Who owns the rights of the final product?

Your brand will be 100% your intellectual property with full rights once we have received compete payment for our services as outlined in our scope.

Will you supply me the final design assets to own and use?

Yes! We would love to know what software you use to edit and create files so we can best deliver them in a format accessible to you. The Strategic RE Brand System™ will also give insights on how to design in the future to create amazing content and designs. Logo suite and visual identity will be supplied as .EPS, .PNG, and JPG files.

I probably could do this myself, or hire a student, or get a cheap pre-made logo somewhere. Why should I use Brand.O?

What is the timeline?

Usually the entire process from discovery to design and deployment takes 3-4weeks, and would require your feedback and approval through and iterative process.

How can we work together in different cities?

We work with clients across North America and definitely outside of Washington State. We will do a video-conference kick-off call and proofs and documents will be sent digitally as the project moves along.

Can I edit the packages or add more items I need?

Most of the time yes, we can add additional items, or you can view some of the a la carte designs available. We carefully crafted these packages to provide amazing value for Real Estate professionals so breaking out items separately would incur a higher cost. As always we would be glad to hear from you.

Do you do branding for brokerages or Mortgage Companies?

Yes, we do.
